JUDYM

Judym is looking for Virtual Guardians!

He is after the first tests. The lameness is caused by the curves of the hoof.  He also suffers from the pain in the spine. The vet also suspects Wobbler syndrome. Judym needs veterinary care and the right drugs.  Monthly cost of maintaining Judym is PLN 900 (232 USD). All You need to do is to fill VIRTUAL ADOPTION form and we will get back to You.

9/7/2021 Update:

Judym is safe! Thank you with all our hearts for fighting for Judym! The horse is now safe, he has come to our farm, where we can fully take care of his treatment. Judym must undergo the necessary quarantine, during which he will be examined by a veterinarian and a blacksmith will take care of his hooves. Thank You, because it is thanks to You that we have a chance to show Judym the beauty of this world – a world in which no one will ever force him to work. From now on, all of Judym’s support will be dedicated to his maintenance and treatment. Thanks again!

Judym’s story

The tall, white hair horse looks at us only for a moment. After a while, he lowers his head and closes his eyes. Now and then he moves from foot to foot. They hurt him. Resigned and weak, he feels bad. But the trader says he’s a great horse. He brought him from the seaside. He walks under the saddle and knows how to pull the cart. He was perfect for work and very calm. When we ask why they sold him for slaughter if he was so good, the trader pauses for a moment, and then adds that he does not persuade us if we do not want to, it is not a problem. He’ll do some order with him, you know.
This order is export to the slaughterhouse.

Over the years of our activity, we have seen thousands of horses in the traders’ barns. Some were watching us with interest, others, banging their hoofs or banging their heads, tried their best to pay attention to them. There are also those who, reconciled with their fate, with no hope of rescue, are waiting only for the execution of the sentence passed on by man.
